- For one 23 cm (9") pie crust: press 198 g (7 oz.) graham cracker mix against the bottom and sides of pie pan. Bake in a 375 F, 190 degrees C oven for 8 minutes. Let cool before filling. 5 lb. tin yields approximately 11 pie crusts.
