Pistachio Cone Dip Coating - 1.5 KG Bucket - Rubicone Canada

Fluid chocolate coating for covering Gelato Sticks. Pistachio taste. Formulated to harden in touch with Gelato for creating a crunchy effect. To be used, the coating must be liquid. And to become liquid, it needs to stay at least between 27 and 30 degrees Celsius (80,6-86F). Perfect to be used as a Stracciatella to ripple and fill Gelato tubs and Semifreddo mousses.

No Cone Dip Warmer Necessarily Required:  Our Cone Dip Coatings can work just fine without a traditional cone dip warmer! Simply dip your cold or frozen product (i.e. soft serve cones, frozen fruit, gelato pops, etc.) into the warm cone dip coating and it will quickly harden into a flavorful hard shell. No dip warmer necessarily required as you can warm our cone dip in hot water or microwave.
