Our Masterpiece premium soft serve mixes are sold by the bag, by the case, and by the pallet.
- Each bag is 1.6 KG, and will yield approximately 5 L of soft serve mix.
- Each case has 12 bags and will yield approx. 60 L of mix. You automatically save 10% when you buy by the case.
- Each pallet contains 36 cases and you automatically save 25% when you buy by the pallet. You are also free to mix and match flavours on the pallet.
Shelf Life:
Our Masterpiece powder mixes are good for a 12-18 month shelf life. Once mixed with liquid, it is good for one week in the refrigerator or in your soft serve machine.
How to Use/Mixing Instructions
These powder mixes are semi-finished, so you just need to add liquid (water, or whole milk for an extra creamy option) and pour into your soft serve machine or batch freezer.
For best results, use an immersion blender when mixing, and let the mix sit in the refrigerator overnight. Give it another quick stir after you take it out of the refrigerator and then pour it into your machine.
Soft Serve Mixing Instructions: Measure 3.75 L of water in a bucket and slowly stir in entire contents of one bag (1.6 kg Bag) of Your Choice Masterpiece Premium Mix until fully dissolved. You can now pour in the machine or store in the fridge. For extra creamy soft serve: mix with milk or half milk and half water. For best results mix with an immersion blender and store in the fridge overnight.
Frozen Yogurt Mixing Instructions: Measure 3.75 L of water and 750 g of fresh plain yogurt in a bucket and slowly stir in entire contents of one bag (1.6 kg Bag) of Your Choice Masterpiece Premium Mix until fully dissolved. You can now pour in the machine or store in the fridge. For extra creamy frozen yogurt: mix with milk or half milk and half water. For best results mix with an immersion blender and store in the fridge overnight.
Batch Freezer Mixing Instructions: Measure 1 L water + 2 L of milk + 1 L heavy cream in a bucket and slowly stir in entire contents of one bag (1.6 kg Bag) of Your Choice Masterpiece Premium Mix until fully dissolved. For best results mix with an immersion blender and store in the fridge overnight.
Creating Customized Flavours
You can use our LorAnn Fountain Flavours to further customize the flavour of your masterpiece base. Simply add 1 oz of any fountain flavour to your mixed bag of country vanilla or plain sweet base and stir well. You will notice the colour, smell, and flavour of the base change.
For best results, use our plain sweet base, as the flavour will not be trying to "compete" with the premium vanilla notes found in our country vanilla base. The flavouring will work with country vanilla too, but you may need to use slightly more to overpower the vanilla notes. That's why we love our plain sweet base!
For instance, you can transform our plain sweet base into a creamy mango base, pink cotton candy, bubble gum, cappuccino, or blueberry base with our fountain flavours and you will get a true flavour profile of your selected flavour. With over 40 flavours to choose from, you can be offering customers a new flavour every week. You can also mix and match flavours for more customization, for instance combine NY Cheesecake and Fresh Strawberry for a delicious strawberry cheesecake flavour.
