The ratio for mixing Gay Lea skim milk powder (SMP) with water depends on how much milk you want to make. You can adjust the ratio to your taste.
How to mix Gay Lea skim milk powder
Measure the amount of milk powder you want to use.
Add about half of the water you need to a bowl.
Stir, shake, or beat the mixture until the milk powder disperses.
Add the remaining water to make the desired amount of milk.
Example (general) mixing ratios
To make about 1 liter of milk, you can mix 130 grams of milk powder with 900 milliliters of water.
To make 1 cup of skim milk, you can mix 25 grams of instant skim milk powder with 1 cup of cold water.
