UHT ready-to-use base for preparing chocolate pudding according to traditional recipe. Easy and quick to prepare, ensures stability and consistent quality.
Take out the product from the packaging and warm it up on the flame or in the microwave without boiling until complete melting. Pour it in the proper moulds and cool it in the refrigerator at 4/6°C before serving.
Ingredients: rehydrated skimmed MILK, water, chocolate in powder 20% (sugar, cocoa powder), palm oil, gelatine, corn starch. carrageenan, lactic esters of mono and diglycerides of fatty acids.

Shelf-life: 540 days in a cool and dry place.
