How to Use

  1. Preheat: switch on and press Start (10–20 minutes typical)

  2. Add humidity: pour ~50 cc water or warm water into the humidification dish

  3. Load & run: place trays, set temperature and time; adjust anytime during operation

  4. Completion: buzzer sounds 5 minutes before and at end; unit switches off automatically for safety

Power Note (Canada/US)

This unit is made for Japan's 100 V operation. Canada’s 120 V standard is generally within the safe tolerance range for appliances, so it can be used as-is. For heavy commercial use, some professionals prefer a step-down transformer rated above 280 W for added peace of mind.
