- Serve over: Roast Turkey, turkey portions, breaded turkey cutlets, turkey sandwiches. Use in: Turkey or other poultry pie fillings, crepes and a la King dishes.
- 1. Heat 4 L (140 fl oz) water at 200°F (95°C). DO NOT LET BOIL.
- 2. Turn off heat. Add gravy mix gradually, stirring briskly.
- 3. Turn on heat to 200°F (95°C). Stir briskly until smooth and thick. 1-2 minutes.
