- YOU WILL NEED:
- 1 Full Package Dr. Oetker Chiffon Mix (667 g); 2 L Cold Water; Electric Mixer with minimum 6 L bowl.
- 1. Measure cold water into mixer bowl.
- 2. Empty full package of mix into water, stir.
- 3. Mix at low speed for 1 to 2 minutes.
- 4. Scrape down bowl.
- 5. Cover the mixer bowl.
- 6. Whip at high speed for about 3 to 6 minutes or until peaks form.
- 7. Chill for 2 hours minimum before serving. Refrigerate unused portions.
