If you purchased the Shiptection Protection for your order, please email your claim to claims@shiptection.com (please see below for what to email)

Here's what we'd recommend you send in your email when you file a claim:

Damaged in transit by the Courier:

  • A brief statement about what happened
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Shipping box w/packaging material used inside
  • Invoice/Receipt

Lost in transit by the Courier:

  • A brief statement about what happened
  • Carrier tracking number
  • Invoice/Receipt
