TOS (Terms of Service)

1. No Minimum Order Requirements - Fast and Free Shipping* Across Canada on orders above CAD $199 ($25 flat shipping fee for orders under CAD $199)
Fast and free shipping* across Canada on orders above CAD $199. With our Free Shipping feature, you will NEVER have to worry about paying fuel surcharges, hidden fees or other surprise shipping fees.  For orders less than CAD $199, there is a flat shipping fee of CAD $25.

*Shipping Fee Note: Pallets, equipment, bulky items, and remote locations are not covered by free shipping and may incur additional fee. In such case, we will let you know first, before shipping your order. Rest assured, we will always be fair with you to minimize any additional fee required by the courier companies. We remain grateful for your ongoing business. Thank you!

2. Our pricing is in 🍁 Canadian Dollars - Never Ever A Hidden Charge
All prices are in CAD$. There will NEVER be any customs fees, brokerage fees, duties, tariffs, fuel surcharges or any surprise charges ever. We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal and email money transfer (interac). Want to pay by email transfer? Simply place your order and at the time of checkout, you will see email Interac as a payment option.  

3. All Orders Are Shipped from near Barrie Ontario across Canada 🍁
Most orders will Ship out in less than 24 hours and arrive at your door between 2 and 7 days (depending on your location).  You will receive tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.  Please be sure to provide accurate address for delivery as we assume no liability for lost, unclaimed, returned or damaged packages unless you have opted for Shiptection Shipping Protection. 

4a. Ongoing Discounts for our Most Valued Customers
We love repeat customers more than tacos and that's saying a lot...lol! You will receive a 10% off coupon code automatically each time you place an order as our way of thanking you for your ongoing business. This 10% coupon code is valid towards your next order when placed within 18 days of your previous order. 5. Product Images, Description, Best By and Product Availability
Please do keep in mind that there could be delays in product availability and shipping transit times due to the ongoing supply chain and tariff issues.  We work with various vendors to ensure product availability and reserve the right to substitute a similar product.  Although most products generally have longer shelf-life, we can only offer a 45 day Best By assurance.  The inventory shown online may not be updated in real-time. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the product description and images as provided by the vendors.  The product titles, descriptions, sizes, dimensions and images shown are strictly for illustration purposes only and may not be an exact representation of the product. We bear no responsibility for product titles, descriptions, typos, pricing typos, product configuration, images, ingredients and nutritional information made available by the vendors.  We sincerely encourage our valued customers to do their research just to be sure. 6. Split Shipments, Backorders and Returns
While we do try to ship your order together in one shipment, we cannot guarantee every item will ship together due to the stock availability (backorder) or where the items are being shipped from.  We will always let you know by email if an item is on a backorder or is being shipped separately.  All backorders are shipped automatically as soon as the fresh stock arrives. 7. We Make Filing A Shipping Protection Claim Easy
