- 1. Mix 1 kg Jelly Powder with 2.6 L of boiling water until completely dissolved
- 2. Stir in 3.6 L of cold water
- 3. Pour into shallow pans or individual serving dishes
- 4. Chill until firm about 4 hours or overnight
- 5. Refrigerate unused portions
