Sheet Pan Extenders
Our Sheet Pan Extenders, also named Rectangular Cake Frame Mould, are made for the confection of cakes, entremets and mousses. Durable and easy to use, our pan extenders are made entirely from sturdy Stainless Steel. It makes them more solid and resistant than models made from aluminum.
Our baking cake frames can be used in the oven, the refrigerator or the freezer. They are offered in 3 sizes to fit perfectly your sheet pans and extend the height to provide straight sides and to insulate the edges of your product and protect it from overbaking. They are manufactured in Canada and are reinforced to preserve their straight sides and their original rectangle shape. They are offered in a large variety of heights from 3/4" (20mm) to 4" (100mm).
Prevents Overbaking
This pan extender provides a protective barrier between your batter and the pan to not only create higher sides to your cake, but also to prevent overbaking and drying out your product.
Easy to Grab
With flat edges around the frame, this extender is easy to grab when you remove it and comes off clean with help from some cooking spray.

Made entirely from Stainless Steel, the sides and corners are reinforced by an angle frame. Our frames are more resistant to rust and will last longer than aluminium models.
How to Use a Pan Extender
Place a piece of parchment paper on your sheet pan. Then set the pan extender on top of it and coat the bottom of the pan and the sides of the extender with a release spray.
Pour the batter to 3/4 capacity, and then place the pan in the oven to bake. Bake the batter according to your recipe directions and then remove it when ready.
Allow the pan to cool off before gently lifting the extender. The sides of your cake should be straight and smooth, which makes trimming obsolete!
Using a pan extender will promote uniform height, color, and texture, while minimizing overbaking!
You can also use the sheet pan extender to assemble your cake and create uniform layers with cream, sponge cake, mousse, ganache and more.
