- Rinse rice under cold water and drain.
- In a saucepan measure rice and water (twice as rice).
- Bring to a boil, stirring once or twice.
- Cover and cook over low heat until all water is absorbed.
- Let stand for 3-5 minutes.
- Season to taste.
