With a NEW shape and texture, scoop our brown sugar flavored jelly generously and enhance your drink or dessert of choice. Each translucent jelly is immersed in sweet syrup and is firm but soft bite-like jelly texture gelatin measuring 1 cm long x 0.5cm diameter.

It has a caramelized brown sugar flavor with hints of maple. It is similar to our popular, brown sugar crystal boba! Our jelly is the perfect topping for bubble tea, frozen yogurt, shaved ice and other drinks/desserts.

It is delicious, ready to serve, no cooking required, and an edible replacement for tapioca pearls! Refrigerate after opening. Best used within 1 week after opening.

Recipes

Brown Sugar Milk Tea (22 oz)

Ingredients: black tea, hot water, non-dairy creamer, brown sugar syrup, ice, Brown Sugar Agar Jelly
Tools: tea filter, 22 oz drink shaker

1. Brew black tea of your choosing and use filter to get hot tea concentrate
2. Let tea concentrate cool until lukewarm
3. Add 250 mL tea concentrate, 4 tbsp (or more) non-dairy creamer, and 35 mL (or more) brown sugar syrup to a drink shaker. Stir until the creamer and syrup are dissolved.
4. Add ice to shaker till full. Shake well!
5. Add one generous scoop of Brown Sugar Agar Jelly to a 22 oz drink cup
6. Pour in the drink and serve!
