Orange flavored semifinished bakery product for professional use, made with natural colorings and flavourings, they are perfect for flavoring and covering biscuits, nougats, cakes and donuts. It is suggested to melt the product at 40/45°C, in the microwave or in a bain-marie and then work it at a temperature of approximately 38°C.
Format: 10 kg box with multi-layer PP/Alu/PE-bags.
Shelf-life: 360 days at max 20°C in a dry place.
