A delicious white cheesecake that can be made with only water.

- Fine, off-white powder that easily dissolves in cold water.
- Store in a cool, dry place away from excess heat and humidity. Frozen storage of this product is not recommended.
- Prepared in Canada Easy to prepare No bake cheesecake
- Use for cheesecakes, pastry filling, chocolate shell filling; flavour with chocolate or orange. Use as enhancer in puddings.
- Add 2 lb of cheesecake mix to 1 imperial quart (1.14L) of cold water.
- Mix at low speed until thoroughly wetted.
- Mix at high speed for 1 1/2 minutes, place in 9" pre-baked pie shells (pastry or graham cracker crumbs).
- Refrigerate at least one hour.
- Top with fruit pie fillings, if desired before serving.
