- Yield: 3 Dozen.
- Ingredients: 900 g (1.4 L) mix, 450 mL (450 g) water. Method: Break up lumps prior to measuring. Mix is lightly shaken down, but not firmly packed.
- For best results, weigh all ingredients.
- Preheat oven to required temperature.
- Blend mix and water. Mix until dough lumps together. Do not overmix.
- Flour dough and lightly roll out on a floured surface to 1 1/2 cm thickness.
- Cut with floured cutter 5 cm in diameter.
- Place on ungreased cookie sheet and let dough rest for 15 to 20 minutes. May be egg washed before baking. STANDARD HOME OVEN: Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- CONVECTION OVEN: Bake at 160°C (325°F) for 7 to 9 minutes or until golden.
