McCall's - Glucose
Liquid glucose is an essential ingredient for making gum paste, as it gives the gum paste the pliability needed for moulding. Glucose may also be used as in ingredient for making fondant and caramels, and although thicker glucose can generally be substituted for corn syrup in most recipes.
