- Dr. Oetker Mousse mixes can be used in a large variety of dessert recipes. Try Dr. Oetker Professional Fresh Berry Tiramisu, Marble Mousse Pie or Mousse Parfaits and change up the mousse flavour in any recipe to create a signature dessert offering.
- 1. Empty full package of mousse mix into mixer bowl.
- 2. Add 2 L cold 2% milk and stir.
- 3. Scrape sides and bottom of bowl.
- 4. Mix at low speed for 1 minute.
- 5. Scrape down sides and bottom of bowl.
- 6. Cover the blender.
- 7. Whip at high speed for 5 to 6 minutes or until peaks form.
- 8. Chill for 2 hours before serving.
- 9. Refrigerate unused portions
