TOS (Terms of Service)

1. No Minimum Order Requirements - Fast and Free Shipping* Across Canada on orders above CAD $199 ($25 flat shipping fee for orders under CAD $199)
Fast and free shipping* across Canada on orders above CAD $199. With our Free Shipping feature, you will NEVER have to worry about paying fuel surcharges, hidden fees or other surprise shipping fees.  For orders less than CAD $199, there is a flat shipping fee of CAD $25.

*Exceptions to the Free Shipping Policy: Please be advised that NOT all locations and NOT all products (i.e. large equipment, bulky items) are covered under the Free Shipping policy.  If your address is deemed remote by the courier companies or your order has bulky items /equipment etc., we will contact you before shipping, requesting you to pay additional fee asked by the courier company. Thank you for your understanding. 

2. Our pricing is in 🍁 Canadian Dollars - Never Ever A Hidden Charge
Our pricing is in CAD$. There will NEVER be any customs fees, brokerage fees or any surprise charges ever. We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal and email money transfer (interac). Want to pay by email transfer? Simply place your order and at the time of checkout, you will see email Interac as a payment option.  

3. All Orders Are Shipped from near Barrie Ontario across Canada 🍁
Most orders will Ship out in less than 24 hours and arrive at your door between 2 and 7 days (depending on your location).  You will receive tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.  Please be sure to provide accurate address for delivery as we assume no liability for lost, unclaimed, returned or damaged packages once it has been accepted by the courier company for delivery to you. Sorry no pick up service available yet.

4. Ongoing Discounts for our Most Valued Customers
We love repeat customers more than tacos and that's saying a lot...lol! You will receive a 10% off coupon code automatically each time you place an order as our way of thanking you for your ongoing business. This 10% coupon code is valid towards your next order when placed within 15 days of your previous order. (Please note that this special discount coupon code is valid for 15 days only, conditions apply). We appreciate your business. Thank you!

5. Product Images, Description and Product Availability
Please do keep in mind that there could be delays in product availability and shipping transit times due to the ongoing supply chain issues.  We work with various vendors to ensure product availability and reserve the right to substitute a similar product.  We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the product description and images as provided by the vendors.  The images shown are strictly for illustration purposes only and may not be an exact representation of the product. We bear no responsibility for description, typos, images, ingredients and nutritional information made available by the vendors.  View the complete TOS here. 6. Overnight / Expedited Shipping Across Canada ----> When you need something URGENTLY within Canada
Need something in a hurry? We can ship via expedited service for an extra fee. We generally ship via Purolator, Canpar, UPS, Fedex, and/or Canada Post across Canada.  Simply place your order and let us know by email or the Contact Us page if you want it shipped urgently and we will quote you the extra express fees.

As our valued customer, we are pleased to offer a lot of valuable business resources FREE at Fun Foods Customer Portal located at https://www.funfoodscentral.com  Tons of information, graphics, digital posters, mixing instructions, flavor cards and much more available to you free of cost as a valued Fun Foods customer.
