Special Pricing For Ordering By Pallet (72 Cases of 1L x 12 per pallet).  Lead time for pallet, delivered directly to you via air freight is 12 business days plus 5 business days transit time.  You save more if placing an order via ocean freight however the lead time via ocean freight can be up to 15 weeks.  

Liquid base ready-to-use for preparing a white soft serve or gelato “Fior di Latte” flavour, characterised by a delicate hint of vanilla. Can be used for preparing all kinds of cream-based ice creams, by adding your choice of liquid flavouring. We also carry powder based ice cream flavour packs as well.  The base is also suitable for gelato, milkshakes, frozen desserts and hard ice cream making.

Le Pastorizzate are the innovative Martini Linea Gelato liquid bases. A specifically formulated mix of ingredients, already pasteurised, that allows gelato maker to avoid this process during gelato production, with the guarantee of constant high quality standards. Master Martini Gelato Line is very extensive and offers premium Gelato products.

SUGGESTED DOSAGE

  • Gelato Fiord di latte: 3 l per tub
  • Gelato prepared with pastes with semi-oleaginous contents: 3 l + 300 g of paste + 60 g of dextrose
  • Gelato prepared with sugar pastes: 3 l + 300 g of paste + 150 g of cream
  • SOFT SERVE ICE CREAM: 5 l + 1000 g of milk (optional)
