Filing A Shipping Protection Claim

Please note that NOT all items are covered under the Shiptection Damage Protection Policy (for example ice cream cones, popping boba, liquids and other fragile items). Please view the full Shiptection Policy here.
Here's what we'd recommend you have when you file a claim:
Damaged in transit by the Courier:
- A brief statement about what happened
- Photos of the damaged item
- Shipping box w/packaging material used inside
- Invoice/Receipt
Lost in transit by the Courier:
- A brief statement about what happened
- Carrier tracking number
- Invoice/Receipt
