Designed and built in Japan, the RS101 is a compact, hand-cranked dough sheeter that delivers smooth, even sheets for croissants, puff pastry, Danish, tart and cookie doughs — without taking over your counter. The all-stainless body disassembles quickly, washes clean under the tap, and stores neatly in the included tote.
