Culinary Applications

Use to prepare soups, sauces and gravies, or as a flavour-enhancer for roasts, stews, casseroles, stir-fries. Add to vegetables, rice and pasta for added flavour.

Preparation and Cooking Instructions

Add 1 lb (454 g) base to 3 Imperial gallons (13.6 L) boiling water.
Simmer for 3 minutes.
For small portions add 1 oz (28.4 g) to 30 fl oz (900 mL) boiling water.
