Liquid base ready-to-use for preparing a white soft serve or gelato “Fior di Latte” flavour, characterised by a delicate hint of vanilla. Can be used for preparing all kinds of cream-based ice creams, by adding your choice of flavouring. The base is also suitable for gelato, milkshakes, frozen desserts and hard ice cream making.
Le Pastorizzate are the innovative Martini Linea Gelato liquid bases. A specifically formulated mix of ingredients, already pasteurised, that allows gelato maker to avoid this process during gelato production, with the guarantee of constant high quality standards.
SUGGESTED DOSAGE
- Gelato Fiord di latte: 3 l per tub
- Gelato prepared with pastes with semi-oleaginous contents: 3 l + 300 g of paste + 60 g of dextrose
- Gelato prepared with sugar pastes: 3 l + 300 g of paste + 150 g of cream
- SOFT SERVE ICE CREAM: 5 l + 1000 g of milk (optional)
