- A wonderful blend of BEN'S ORIGINAL Converted Rice and Wild Rice
- Nutty flavour and slightly firmer texture is particularly suitable for robustly flavoured ingredients such as beef, lamb and salmon.
- To yield 56 servings 125 mL (1/2 cup) cooked rice : Combine 1.75 L (1 1/4 qt.) of rice, 3.75 L (3 3/4 qt.) of water, 30 mL (2 Tbsp.) of salt, 75 mL (1/3 c.) of butter (optional) in a stockpot. Bring to a boil. Stir. Cover tightly. Reduce heat to MED LOW and cook until most of the water is absorbed (about 20 to 25 minutes). Transfer to shallow pan(s).
