Format: Case of 8 x 1.7 KG bags

Mixing Instructions:

For Gelato: Mix 1 bag (1.7 KG) with 3 L water and pour into batch freezer.
For Soft Serve: Mix 1 bag (1.7 KG) with 3.5 L water and pour into soft serve machine.
