Soft Serve: Mix one bag (1.8 KG) with 4L of water and pour into soft serve machine.
Gelato: 500 g powder + 1 L water
Granita: 330 g powder + 1 L water
Smoothie/Milkshake: 70 - 100 g powder + 200 g milk (or plant milk) + 150 g ice
