Preparation and Cooking Instructions
  • To Prepare: 4.5 L
  • Mix: 950 g
  • Cold or Hot* Water: 4 L
  • Add mix to 3/4 of the water, stirring vigorously with a whisk. Add the remaining water, stirring. Heat and then hold above 65°C (150°F). Stir before serving.
  • *>65°C/150°F
  • For a creamier more buttery sauce add 450 g (2 cups) melted salted butter.
