This cup sealing machine applies a secure, heat-activated plastic-film seal that fits most sizes with a brim, paper or plastic, in just two to three seconds. The result is a to-go and delivery-ready beverage that is both tamper evident and spill resistant. Automated Sealing Machine is not intended for use by patrons, children, on hot beverages, polystyrene foam cups or commissary applications (>6 cups per minute). The Auto Sealer applies a secure film seal to most paper, plastic or aluminum cups with a brim, 8-44 oz (3.16”-4.62” brim diameter). Not recommended for sealing polystyrene foam cups. Lidding is applied in less than 2 seconds, helping to improve back-of-house efficiency and speed of service. The seal is perforated by the machine to allow easy insertion of paper or plastic straws, and customization can be added to celebrate your brand.

This automatic cup sealing machine with Dixie Ultra® film (LIDROLL2500B) is ideal for fountain drinks but also hot drinks, soups, fruit cups, alcoholic beverages and more. With its spill-resistant, tamper-evident seal, foodservice operations find the Auto Sealer to be a game-changer for off-premise business. Each roll of Dixie Ultra® film seals 2,500 cups, so film change-outs can be infrequent.
