A fine, slightly cohesive, light beige powder. Prepares an opaque, medium thick, brown sauce. Its beef flavour is enhanced with onion, spices and tomato.

Use with various poutine varieties, such as pulled pork or chicken poutine. Pour over a delicious hamburger steak. Use the dry mix to season burger patties.

Preparation
To prepare:\1 L\47 L
Mix: \100 g\4.5 kg
Cold Water: \250 mL\5 L
Boiling Water: \750 mL\40 L
Add mix to cold water while stirring. Mix well. Add to boiling water, stirring with a whisk. While stirring occasionally, bring back to boil, reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes.

Ingredients: Corn starch, Flour (wheat), Sugars (glucose solids, dextrose, sugar, maltodextrin), Modified corn starch, Salt, Hydrolyzed soy protein, Dehydrated vegetables (onions, garlic), Monosodium glutamate, Canola oil, Colour (caramel, paprika), Xanthan gum, Spices (includes mustard, celery), Citric acid, Flavour, Herbs, Artificial Flavour, Disodium guanylate, Disodium inosinate, Torula yeast.
