Mixing Instructions: 

• For Soft Serve Sorbet: Mix one bucket of Acai paste (3 KG) with 4L of water and pour into soft serve machine. 
• For Sorbet Gelato: Mix one bucket of Acai paste (3 KG) with 3.5L of water and pour into batch freezer.
