AGF “Maxim” Freeze-Dried Instant Coffee – Classic Japanese Blend (40 Servings, Product of Japan)

AGF’s Maxim series offers a refined, mellow cup of coffee with a consistently smooth profile. Beans are selected from Brazil, Vietnam, and other regions based on harvest timing and seasonal quality. Each batch is roasted and brewed to highlight the beans’ natural depth before being vacuum freeze-dried at -40°C—locking in the richness and aroma of café-style coffee in powder form.

Just add hot water — no machine required.

This well-rounded blend delivers a gentle balance of richness, mild acidity, and low bitterness. With 420mg of polyphenols per serving, it's both comforting and functional. It also performs beautifully as a substitute for espresso or coffee extract in desserts such as tiramisu, mocha pound cake, or coffee buttercream.

According to our in-house chef, the flavour is more luscious and nuanced than typical espresso capsules — versatile enough for sipping or baking.
