A fine, free-flowing, beige powder. Prepares an opaque, dark brown broth. Its beef flavour is balanced with spices. Made without gluten ingredients.

Enhance the flavours in your veal stock or beef-based soup. Use as a rub on a beef roast. Complement the flavours of a beautiful beef bourgignon. When replacing a regular soup base, add 1 2 tsp of salt to 1L of your prepared LUDA H base.
