Format: Case of 8 x 1.4 KG bags

Mixing Instructions:

For Gelato: Mix one bag (1.4 KG) with 2.5L water and pour into batch freezer.
For Soft Serve: Mix one bag (1.4 KG) with 3L water and pour into soft serve machine.
Granita: 330 g powder + 1 L water
Smoothie/Milkshake: 70 - 100 g powder + 200 g milk + 150 g ice
