A fine, slightly cohesive, grey-brown powder. Prepares an opaque, thin, brown sauce. Its beef flavour is balanced with vegetable and wine notes.

Use as a mother sauce to create derivatives, such as a peppercorn or mushroom sauce. Use on chicken, pork, beef, lamb or other red or white meats. Use as an alternative for poutine sauce.

Preparation
To prepare:\1 L\38 L
Mix: \125 g\4.5 kg
Cold Water: \250 mL\4 L
Boiling Water: \750 mL\32 L
Add mix to cold water while stirring. Mix well. Add to boiling water, stirring with a whisk. While stirring occasionally, bring back to boil, reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes.

Ingredients: Sugars (glucose solids, sugar, maltodextrin, dextrose), Corn starch, Hydrolyzed plant protein (soy, corn, wheat), Flour, Salt, Modified corn starch, Modified milk ingredients, Dehydrated vegetables (tomatoes, beets, onions), Canola oil, Yeast extract (barley), Colour (caramel), Disodium guanylate, Disodium inosinate, Citric acid, Torula yeast, Spices.
