To prepare: 1 L 53 L Mix: 100 g 5 kg Cold Water: 250 mL 5 L Boiling Water: 750 mL 40 L Add mix to cold water while stirring. Mix well. Add to boiling water, stirring with a whisk. While stirring occasionally, bring back to boil, reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes
