When Mr. Vitale founded  in 1989. he wanted to share the simplicity of Italian food as well as the joy of sharing a meal with loved ones with Canadians. So he set out to create a pasta that was inspired by Italy but made right here in Canada.

From day one, the team at  worked closely with executive chefs, industrial accounts and hospitality personnel to identify what was needed to create the perfect plate of pasta. They knew that creating a pasta that could stand up to the hard work of an industrial kitchen would be the key to becoming the #1 food service provider in the country.
