Our Butter Cookies Filling can be used to fill cakes, cookies, ice creams, puddings and more. It can also be used as lacing or topping for baked goods.
Want to turn the filling into a sauce version? It's as easy as 1, 2, 3:
- Warm the filling up very slightly just to smooth it out.
- Add 100-200g of a neutral oil such as vegetable oil or canola oil and stir it well. It is up to you how thick or thin you would like the sauce to be.
- Add sauce to an easy to pour bottle for easier usage.
Storage & Shelf Life
