Culinary Applications

Use to prepare soups, sauces and gravies, or as a flavour-enhancer for roasts, stews, casseroles, stir-fries. Add to vegetables, rice and pasta for added flavour.

Preparation and Cooking Instructions

For small quantity, dissolve 1 oz. (28.4 g) soup base in 30 fl. oz. (900 ml) of water.
For a larger quantity, dissolve 1 lb (454g) soup base in 3 1/2 gallons (16L) of boiling water. Simmer for 3 minutes.
