- Blueberry Muffins: Add 500 mL of blueberries to 900gr of Quaker Buttermilk Muffin Mix. Bake as directed. Chocolate Chip Muffins: Add 500 mL of chocolate chips to 1 kg of Quaker Buttermilk Muffin Mix. Bake as directed.
- Yield: 1 Dozen. Ingredients: 900gr full bag (1.4 L) mix, 300 mL (300 g) water, 2 fresh eggs (100 g frozen egg). Method: Mix is lightly shaken down, but not firmly packed. For best results, weigh all ingredients. Preheat oven to required temperature. Mix ingredients together on low speed or by hand until blended. Do not overmix. Fill greased or lined muffin tins full (120 mL) or use #10 scoop. STANDARD HOME OVEN: Bake at 190C (375F) for 20 to 25 minutes. CONVECTION OVEN: Bake at 160C (325F) for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool muffins for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
