Polposita is only fruit, of the best quality, harvested at the moment of perfect ripeness.

After harvesting, the fruit is inspected, washed and blended. NO sugars, colorings or preservatives are added. The "hot filling" technological process allows the product to be stored at room temperature and has a shelf life of up to 18 months. Once opened, the product remains stable for up to 7 days stored in the refrigerator.

Ready to be used for any preparation: cocktails, mocktails, smoothies, premixes, as well as in pastry shops or restaurants for desserts, cakes, fillings or fruit mousses.

NO MORE STORAGE PROBLEMS
in the freezer, long thawing time and stock management compared to frozen fruit which after thawing has a more watered down taste and a weaker aroma compared to a room temperature product such as Polposita.

we do not add sugar to our pulpy natural fruit pulps compared to the average of competitor products which sees the use of a minimum of 10% sugar in both refrigerated and frozen products. We leave the fruit in its raw state so that the professional mixologist or pastry chef decides whether and how much sugar to add in their preparations.
