This stainless steel pump dispenses larger portions of thick condiments and thicker sauces from a 4 quart vegetable inset in a heated or chilled food table. A full portion is 2 oz and can be reduced to serve 1 3/4, 1 1/2 and 1 1/4 oz with the included portion collars. Inset is sold separately.
