Format: Case of 10 x 1.35 KG bags

Mixing Instructions:

For Gelato: Mix 1 bag (1.35 KG) with 2.5 L water and pour into batch freezer.
For Soft Serve: Mix 1 bag (1.35 KG) with 3 L water and pour into soft serve machine.
