This complete and easy to use scone mix bakes with excellent volume and even moistness. This scone is not as sweet as the Classic Scone this making a great base for wither sweet or savoury products.

- Add inclusions such as raisins in the last 30 seconds of mixing.
- Place water in a mixing bowl. Add scone mix. Using a mixer with a paddle attachment, mix 1 minute on 1st speed. If mixing by hand, knead the dough with a spoon. Mix only until dry ingredients are wet. Do not over mix. If adding inclusions, such as raisins or cranberries, incorporate 400 g in the last 30 seconds of mixing. Let dough rest for 10 minutes before rolling out and cutting. Roll dough to 1/2 in thickness and cut with desired cutter. Place dough on paper lined or greased baking sheets.
