Format: Case of 8 x 1.45 KG bags

Mixing Instructions:

For Gelato: Mix 1 bag (1.45 KG) with 2.5L water and pour into batch freezer.
For Soft Serve: Mix 1 bag (1.45 KG) with 3L water and pour into soft serve machine.
