The simplest recipe is always the one on our pouch. But you can also use Blender Boyz as the perfect base for your blending adventures. Go forth and experiment….and then share your favourites with us here.

KEEP CALM AND BLEND ON

SMOOTHIES

THE GREEN GODDESS

Start with a pouch of Blender Boyz Tropical Paradise Smoothie and a cup of ice, then add:

• 6-10 fresh mint leaves
• 1 kiwi fruit (skin removed)
• 1 celery stalk
• 1 small-medium wedge of honeydew melon
• Enough liquid of your choice to blend smoothly – about 2 oz

Blend until smooth…

ORANGE BERRY

Start with a pouch of Blender Boyz Berry Smoothie and a cup of ice, then add:

• 3/4 cup of low-fat plain yogurt
• 3 oz orange juice
• 2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk
• 1 tablespoon toasted wheat germ
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Blend until smooth…

NUTTY MONKEY

Start with a pouch of Blender Boyz Strawberry Banana Smoothie and a cup of ice, then add:

• 1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
• 1 tablespoon almond butter
• 3 oz of water

Blend until smooth…

FIBRE PROTEIN MOJO

Start with a pouch of Blender Boyz Berry Smoothie and a cup of ice, then add:

• 1/2 banana
• 3 oz apple juice
• 1/4 cup silken tofu

Blend until smooth…

ENERGIZER

Start with a pouch of Blender Boyz Berry Smoothie and a cup of ice, then add:

• 3 oz orange juice
• 1 banana
• 1/2 cup low-fat silken tofu, or low-fat plain yogurt

Blend until smooth…

ANTIOXIDANTAL

Start with a pouch of Blender Boyz Tropical Smoothie and a cup of ice, then add:

• 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
• 1 banana
• 3-4 oz strong green tea cooled

Blend until smooth…

BERRY AVOCADO

Start with a pouch of Blender Boyz Berry Smoothie and a cup of ice, then add:

• 1/2 an avocado
• 3 oz orange juice
• 3 oz raspberry juice

Blend until smooth…

BERRY SPINACH

Start with a pouch of Blender Boyz Berry Smoothie and a cup of ice, then add:

• 4 oz orange juice
• 1 1/2 cup loosely packed spinach

Blend until smooth…

CAFFEINE NUT

Start with a pouch of Blender Boyz Iced Cappuccino and a cup of ice, then add:

• 3 oz vanilla soy milk
• 1 tablespoon cashew butter
• 1 large banana, very ripe if possible

MARGARITAS

BLENDER BOYZ TRADITIONAL MARGARITA

Rim glass with salt

• 1 pouch Blender Boyz Margarita
• 1 oz tequila
• 1/2 oz Triple Sec

Blend with a cup of ice, then garnish with a slice of lime.

APPLE MARGARITA

Rim glass with sugar

• 1 pouch Blender Boyz Margarita
• 1 oz tequila
• 1 1/2 oz apple sour liqueur

Blend with a cup of ice, then garnish with a slice of Granny Smith apple.

MINTY MARGARITA

Rim glass with salt

• 1 pouch Blender Boyz Margarita
• 1 oz tequila
• 1/2 oz Creme de Menthe

Blend with a cup of ice, then garnish with a sprig of mint.

SPICY MARGARITA

Rim glass with paprika and salt

• 1 Pouch Blender Boyz Margarita
• 1 1/2 oz tequila
• 1 tsp of Tabasco

Blend with a cup of ice, then garnish with a chili pepper.

STRAWBERRY MARGARITA

Rim glass with sugar

• 1 pouch Blender Boyz Daiquiri
• 1 1/2 oz tequila
• Squeeze half a lime or a good shot of lime juice

Blend with a cup of ice, then garnish with a strawberry.

DAIQUIRIS

BLENDER BOYZ TRADITIONAL STRAWBERRY DAIQUIRI

Rim glass with sugar

• 1 pouch Blender Boyz Strawberry Daiquiri
• 1 1/2 oz rum

Blend with a cup of ice, then garnish with a strawberry.

RED MONKEY DAIQUIRI

Rim glass with sugar

• 1 pouch Blender Boyz Strawberry Daiquiri
• 1 oz rum
• 1/2 oz banana liqueur

Blend with a cup of ice, then garnish with slice of banana.

BLOOD ORANGE DAIQUIRI

Rim glass with sugar

• 1 pouch Blender Boyz Strawberry Daiquiri
• 1 oz rum
• 1/2 oz Grand Marnier

Blend with a cup of ice, then garnish with an orange twist.

RED PEPPERMINT DAIQUIRI

Rim glass with sugar

• 1 pouch Blender Boyz Strawberry Daiquiri
• 1 oz rum
• 1/2 oz Creme de Menthe

Blend with a cup of ice, then garnish with a sprig of mint.

RED CHOCOLATE DAIQUIRI

Rim glass with sugar

• 1 pouch Blender Boyz Strawberry Daiquiri
• 1 oz rum
• 1/2 oz Godiva Chocolate Liqueur

Blend with a cup of ice, garnish with chocolate shavings.

PIÑA COLADAS

Rim glass with sugar

• 1 pouch Blender Boyz Piña Colada
• 1 1/2 oz rum

Blend with a cup of ice, garnish with a pineapple piece.

PURPLE PIÑA COLADA

Rim glass with sugar

• 1 pouch Blender Boyz Piña Colada
• 1 oz rum
• 1/2 oz raspberry liqueur

Blend with a cup of ice, garnish with a raspberry.

BLUESY PIÑA COLADA

Rim glass with sugar

• 1 pouch Blender Boyz Piña Colada
• 1 oz rum
• 1/2 oz Blue Curaçao liqueur

Blend with a cup of ice, garnish with an orange twist.

PIÑA COLADA EXPRESS

Rim glass with sugar

• 1 pouch Blender Boyz Piña Colada
• 1 1/2 oz rum
• 2 oz of espresso

Blend with a cup of ice, float 3 coffee beans on top.

THAT’S A NUTTY COLADA

Rim glass with sugar

• 1 pouch Blender Boyz Piña Colada
• 1 oz rum
• 1/2 oz Amaretto liqueur

Blend with ice, garnish with shaved almond.

ICED CAPPS

• 3 oz cream or milk

Blend with a cup of ice, garnish with whipped cream and chocolate swirl.

COCOA MONKEY

Rim glass with cocoa

• 3 oz of cream or milk
• 1/2 banana

Blend with a cup of ice, garnish with chocolate shavings.

NUTTY CAPPUCCINO

Rim glass with crushed almonds

• 1 pouch Blender Boyz Iced Cappuccino
• 2 oz of cream or milk
• 1 1/2 oz Amaretto

Blend with a cup of ice.

LUCK O’ THE IRISH CAPPUCCINO

Rim glass with sugar

• 1 pouch Blender Boyz Iced Cappuccino
• 1 1/2 oz Irish whisky
• 2 oz cream

Blend with a cup of ice, garnish with a shamrock.

• 1/2 oz Bailey’s
