A fine, slightly cohesive, dark beige powder. Prepares an opaque, medium thick, brown sauce. Its chicken BBQ flavour is enhanced with celery, anise and hint of sweetness.

Use with various poutine varieties, such as pulled pork or chicken poutine. Pour over a delicious hamburger steak. Use the dry mix to season burger patties.

Preparation
To prepare:\1 L\46 L
Mix: \100 g\4.5 kg
Cold Water: \250 mL \5 L
Boiling Water: \750 mL\40 L
Add mix to cold water while stirring. Mix well. Add to boiling water, stirring with a whisk. While stirring occasionally, bring back to boil, reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes.

Ingredients: Sugars (glucose solids, sugar, dextrose), Corn starch, Modified corn starch, Salt, Flour (wheat), Hydrolyzed soy protein, Canola oil, Dehydrated vegetables (onions, tomatoes, garlic), Colour (caramel, paprika, sunset yellow FCF), Disodium guanylate, Disodium inosinate, Spices (includes mustard), Xanthan gum, Citric acid, Flavour (includes celery).
