Monna Lisa Pro - UHT Vegetable Cream - - Master Martini Canada

Sweetened plant-based cream with 25% fat content and 18% sugars, free from allergens. With a cream-vanilla flavor, it is white in color and features a smooth, non-porous texture with excellent acidity tolerance. Ideal for freezing (does not crack during storage). It has a high yield, increasing 3.5 times in volume when whipped. Perfect for fillings and decorating. 

UHT Product for ice cream and confectionary use. Chill the product for at least 12 hours to between +5°C and +10°C (+41/+50 °F). Whip at medium speed until the desired consistency is obtained. For flavored creams, add fruit paste. Monna Lisa Pro is suitable for freezing and acid resistant. 

Format: Sold by the case of 12 x 1L Briks or 10 L bag in box (BIB) 

Shelf-life: 360 days between 35°F (+2°C) and 68°F (20 °C) in a dry place. After opening, keep in the refrigerator and use within 3-4 days.
