Made of the same material as Matfer's composite tart rings, these 3 1/6" (8cm) rings are appreciated by industry professionals for being durable, non-stick and easy to clean.
Depending on the edge chosen, they can be used for standard fashioning with pre-cut pastry, or levelled fashioning for perfectly-edged tartlets. Perfectly hygienic, these rings are cast in one piece without joins or rolled edges.
